Gordian commissioned new secondary research by Government Business Council to examine the current state of federal cost estimation, uncover common challenges to developing a reliable cost estimate and identify the most efficient ways to overcome those obstacles, packaged into an easily digestible report.

Following the publication, we presented the findings in a panel discussion with experts from the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and Government Business Council.
