Kris Gorriarán serves as President of Gordian, the leading provider of unrivaled insights, robust technology and expert services for all phases of the building lifecycle. She is responsible for the overall leadership of the company including strategy, and operations, as well as achieving the company’s business and growth objectives.
Kris is a serial growth business leader. She joins Gordian from Fluke Health Solutions (FHS), where for the past six years, she has served as President. While Gorriarán was at the helm of FHS, another Fortive operating company, she led the business to consistently deliver strong business results, as well as high levels of customer, partner and employee satisfaction. Prior to FHS, Kris was VP of Marketing at Tektronix, also a Fortive company, where she held worldwide responsibility for all corporate and field marketing disciplines, leading go-to-market activities to achieve the company’s growth objectives.
She has also held executive leadership roles in entrepreneurial settings including two early-stage companies. She established Sprig Health, an early innovator in the online healthcare services industry, as well as Clarity Visual Systems, which she led through to acquisition by Planar Inc., where she then became VP/GM of their Control Room and Digital Signage Business Unit.
Prior to these experiences, Kris served for over a decade in several leadership roles with Xerox Corporation in U.S. and European Operations. Kris is a native Oregonian with strong community ties, and she served for many years as Board President of Boys and Girls Aid in Portland. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Economics and Business from the University of Oregon.
As Chief Customer Officer, Matthew Bausher leads the teams responsible for customer experience, renewals and contract expansion, focusing on satisfying and providing additional value to Gordian’s clients. Matthew previously served Gordian as Vice President and General Manager of Higher Education and Planning Services. Through this and prior roles, he built 15+ years of experience delivering exceptional value and service within the company’s extensive suite of facilities planning solutions for all customers, while leading the strategy and direction for the Higher Education market. Matthew is a graduate of Dickinson College.
Alyssa Chapman serves as Gordian’s Chief Sales Officer, focused on business development and new business sales. With over two decades of experience, Alyssa leads the teams seeking to solve the significant challenges communities and organizations face while planning, building and managing their facilities and infrastructure. Prior to joining Gordian, Alyssa served in various roles at IBM, Lexis-Nexis and Cisco Systems. She also won the President’s Volunteer Service Award for her work as an AmeriCorps Vista with Habitat for Humanity, where she led a local Women Build program. Alyssa graduated from Montclair State University.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ammon Lesher leads Gordian’s teams responsible for implementing customer contracts and executing those commitments with excellence. In his ten years with Gordian, Ammon has held essential leadership roles, responsible for the strategic vision for healthcare and international clients and as General Counsel, responsible for all legal affairs of the company. Prior to joining Gordian, Ammon worked for several leading law firms in Greenville, South Carolina, managing both transactional and litigation matters for corporate clients. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s School of Law.
Chris Gaudreau leads Gordian’s data, software and product development teams as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. In this role, Chris drives Gordian’s strategic roadmap, developing innovative technology solutions, data insights and new workflow tools serving the planning, procurement and optimization phases of construction. Chris has nearly two decades of construction information industry experience and has executive experience leading technology, analytics and data organizations at Dodge Data & Analytics and Benefitfocus. Chris is a graduate of Clark University.
As Vice President of Commercial Marketing, Bradi Henao is responsible for leading Gordian’s global, integrated marketing, brand and communications strategy. She oversees strategic marketing efforts focused on building market reputation through world-class messaging in support of our customer-centric approach. Her key priorities include customer acquisition, implementation, retention and expansion across all markets we serve. Bradi has 15+ years of marketing leadership experience creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives to meet business objectives for domestic and international companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing management and a master’s degree in marketing with an accounting emphasis, both from Clemson University.
As Gordian’s Chief Information Officer, Stephanie Luck owns the execution and implementation of Gordian’s information technology (IT) strategy and policy deployment objectives. She will be responsible for enabling a competitive advantage by deploying innovative technology strategies and capabilities throughout the organization. She leads a team responsible for the IT solutions that enable Gordian’s world-class sales optimization, marketing solutions and legal solutions. Stephanie brings over two decades of senior IT and analytics leadership to Gordian, previously holding leadership positions in IT at ServiceChannel and Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP). Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
James (Jay) Mackerer serves Gordian as Chief Financial Officer. He leads the finance team with strategic vision and advises on long-term business and financial planning. Jay joined Gordian after serving as Senior Director at Fluke Corporation, where he led the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Fluke Industrial and Fluke Reliability business unit finance teams, as well as served as Fluke’s Interim Chief Financial Officer in 2020. Jay’s considerable experience also includes nine years with Danaher Corporation on the corporate development team executing mergers and acquisitions before project managing the spin-off of Fortive in 2016. Jay earned his bachelor’s in science from Cornell University and his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
As Vice President of Legal and Government Affairs, Angie Michelini is responsible for negotiating and administering contracts in order to best serve Gordian and clients, as well as ensuring legal compliance across the board, from labor and employment to intellectual property licensing. She also oversees Gordian’s efforts to create government strategy, affect positive change in the legislative and regulatory environment and develop lasting relationships with government customers and policy influencers. Prior to joining Gordian, Angie worked as an executive-level attorney for companies such as Fiserv and Johnson Controls, managing the legal needs of large divisions of global companies with deep experience supporting technology businesses and managing intellectual property portfolios. She has her bachelor’s in politics from the University of Dallas and her Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Dayton School of Law.
As the Vice President of Business Enablement and Sales Operations, Cherlynn Pennington leads the strategic direction and execution of Gordian’s sales enablement programs, sales operations and process management. Cherlynn is responsible for championing the use of Fortive Business Systems (FBS), a set of best practices, tools and processes focused on continuous improvement, throughout the company. She has 15+ years of extensive process and program management experience, coupled with the ability to foster collaboration and a passion for problem-solving to focus her team on innovation within the business. Prior to joining Gordian as the Senior Director of FBS, Cherlynn was Director of FBS at Fluke Health Solutions (FHS). In a prior role, she also led FBS at Fluke Corporation. Cherlynn has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in business management from St. Gregory’s University.
