E&I Cooperative Services Makes Gordian and Sightlines Solutions Available to Members

Greenville, SC- Gordian, the leading provider of data, software and expertise for all stages of the construction lifecycle, announced today an agreement with E&I Cooperative Services, the not-for-profit member-owned buying cooperative serving the educational community and related institutions. The agreement provides a direct route for E&I members to access Gordian data and services – including solutions from Sightlines, a Gordian company, and the leader in facilities intelligence and analysis for higher education institutions. Gordian’s suite of services controls costs and drives efficiency in facility and infrastructure planning, design, procurement, construction and operations.

This competitively awarded contract delivers Gordian’s full line of Job Order Contracting construction procurement solutions, as well as its Change Order Management and Maintenance, Repair and Operations solutions to E&I’s nearly 4,000 members nationwide. Members can also access higher education facilities intelligence, benchmarking and analysis solutions from Sightlines.

Sightlines’ flagship offering is ROPA+, a fully integrated solution for facilities intelligence that leads higher education institutions through a comprehensive process of facilities benchmarking and analysis. Sightlines’ building portfolio solutions are also offered under the contract with E&I, which provides college executives with insights to assist with capital planning and space management initiatives.
