Flood-Damaged Library Elevator Repaired With JOC

A flood-damaged elevator at Broward County’s Imperial Point Library malfunctioned often, creating a substandard experience for the library’s regular patrons, many of whom are elderly. The county overcame difficult sourcing, uncooperative weather and scheduling complexities to repair the elevator with Gordian’s Job Order Contracting (JOC).
