Mike sits on the National Procurement Institute Board of Directors as the Vice President, and will be incoming President in October of 2018.

Monterey County is located on the Central Coast of California just south of the San Francisco Bay Area. It is the third largest agricultural county in California, covering 3,350 square miles with a total population of over 500,000 residents. The public works construction needs of this county are vast, and their procurement department is tasked with finding the most efficient and cost-effective means of spending taxpayer dollars to meet the needs of their community.
