The Gordian Group’s ezIQC® System is Now Available Throughout New Jersey
July 11, 2013The first competitively-bid contractors are now in place in five regions in New Jersey. There are electrical contractors, HVAC contractors, and general contractors. Learn more about the regions and contractors, and view a short, entertaining video on ezIQC.
The Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission (MRESC) established the first ezIQC program for use in the state. The purchasing cooperative comprises over 700 members that include school districts, municipal and county governments, and colleges. MRESC membership is open to local agencies throughout the Garden State.
“We have significantly expanded the services for our cooperative members with the addition of ezIQC,” said Patrick M. Moran, Business Administrator/Board Secretary for MRESC. “It will complement our other programs, giving members more options to complete work quickly and at lower costs.”
“In addition to MRESC members, other agencies and schools throughout New Jersey can now experience the high service levels and standardized processes of ezIQC,” said Bob Maxwell, Northeast Region Business Development Manager of The Gordian Group. “They will join hundreds of users across the country who rely on ezIQC because it delivers quality results fast, for less money and in less time.”
Local government agencies throughout New Jersey can begin using ezIQC by entering a project at www.ezIQC.com. In order to take advantage of the new program, agencies must join MRESC, which is free. Contractors providing services are listed below, along with the regions they serve within the state.

The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts were competitively bid. The contractors will provide a wide range of facility and civil work at pre-set, competitively bid prices.
