Every year, Gordian publishes the State of Facilities in Higher Education, an in-depth analysis of space demands, enrollment trends and spending patterns that provide insights into the current higher education landscape and threats looming over campuses from coast to coast. We produce this annual report using the largest verified higher education facilities database in North America, covering about 300 colleges and universities. We have data on over 52,000 campus buildings  ̶   a total of 1.5 billion gross square feet of space  ̶   and we’re tracking more than $14 billion in capital and operating budgets.

We gather this info by pounding the pavement and poring over the facts and figures.
