Arul Elumalai
President and Group President of Fortive’s Facilities and Asset Lifecycle (FAL)
Arul Elumalai serves as President of Gordian, responsible for the company’s overall leadership, including strategy and operations, and for achieving its business and growth objectives. Arul also leads Fortive’s Facilities and Asset Lifecycle (FAL) Group, which includes Gordian, Accruent and ServiceChannel. As a seasoned business builder and technologist with over 25 years of experience, he drives growth and profitability across businesses that deliver software and SaaS solutions.
Before joining Fortive, Arul served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at F5. He spent eight and a half years as a Partner with McKinsey & Co., advising clients in the high-tech industry, and a decade at Microsoft leading product management teams for Microsoft Office and SQL Server.
Arul holds a Bachelor’s in Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a Master’s in Computer Science from Kansas State University and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

As Chief Operations Officer, Lotta Bager leads Gordian’s teams responsible for executing our commitments to our customers with excellence. Lotta brings over 20 years of global experience in transformation, operations and services across software, insurance and media. Lotta is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating clarity in complexity and turning strategy into results. Most recently, Lotta led the Professional Services team at Hexagon in the Americas. She has held senior roles at QBE Insurance, Aon Risk Solutions, Ricoh and MTG. She holds a master’s degree in business and finance from Stockholm University and has completed postgraduate coursework in construction management at Louisiana State University.

As Chief Customer Officer, Matthew Bausher leads the teams responsible for customer experience, renewals and contract expansion, focusing on satisfying and providing additional value to Gordian’s clients. Matthew previously served Gordian as Vice President and General Manager of Higher Education and Planning Services. Through this and prior roles, he built 15+ years of experience delivering exceptional value and service within the company’s extensive suite of facilities planning solutions for all customers, while leading the strategy and direction for the Higher Education market. Matthew is a graduate of Dickinson College.

Chris Gaudreau leads Gordian’s data, software and product development teams as Chief Product & Technology Officer. In this role, Chris drives Gordian’s strategic roadmap, developing innovative technology solutions, data insights and new workflow tools serving the planning, procurement and optimization phases of construction. Chris has nearly two decades of construction information industry experience and has executive experience leading technology, analytics and data organizations at Dodge Data & Analytics and Benefitfocus. Chris is a graduate of Clark University.

As Chief Technology Officer, Seth Gregorie is responsible for leading Gordian’s development teams, setting the product technology strategy and overseeing the product portfolio, roadmap and delivery. With a background in AI and engineering, Seth previously held leadership positions at Benefitfocus and Listrak. He is a graduate of Clemson University, and he shares his passion for knowledge by delivering guest lectures and participating in experiential learning programs across the country to help inspire future tech leaders.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Sharon Lubrano spearheads strategic marketing initiatives aimed at building competitive advantages and growing market share, all in alignment with Gordian’s customer-centric focus. Sharon is responsible for leading Gordian’s global marketing organization, including brand strategy, integrated campaigns, operations and the execution of go-to-market initiatives. Sharon brings a wealth of experience from more than 25 years in key roles, building high-performing marketing teams and driving growth across complex B2B environments at companies including Litmos and Dodge Data & Analytics. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

James (Jay) Mackerer serves Gordian as Chief Financial Officer. He leads the finance team with strategic vision and advises on long-term business and financial planning. Jay joined Gordian after serving as Senior Director at Fluke Corporation, where he led the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team, the Fluke Industrial and Fluke Reliability business unit finance teams, as well as served as Fluke’s Interim Chief Financial Officer in 2020. Jay’s considerable experience also includes nine years with Danaher Corporation on the corporate development team executing mergers and acquisitions before project managing the spin-off of Fortive in 2016. Jay earned his bachelor’s in science from Cornell University and his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Vice President, Legal and Government Affairs
As Vice President of Legal and Government Affairs, Angie Michelini is responsible for negotiating and administering contracts in order to best serve Gordian and clients, as well as ensuring legal compliance across the board, from labor and employment to intellectual property licensing. She also oversees Gordian’s efforts to create government strategy, affect positive change in the legislative and regulatory environment and develop lasting relationships with government customers and policy influencers. Prior to joining Gordian, Angie worked as an executive-level attorney for companies such as Fiserv and Johnson Controls, managing the legal needs of large divisions of global companies with deep experience supporting technology businesses and managing intellectual property portfolios. She has her bachelor’s in politics from the University of Dallas and her Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Dayton School of Law.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Jonathan Miller is responsible for leading Gordian’s human resources team in advancing a forward-thinking talent strategy that underscores business growth with remarkable employee experiences. With 15+ years of expertise in the human resources field, Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge in recruitment and retention, organizational development, change management and diversity and inclusion initiatives. His prior experience includes significant roles at Vontier, where he served as Group Vice President Human Resources for Matco and Hennessy, and at Teletrac Navman, where he was the Global Vice President of Human Resources. Miller’s background also includes a tenure at Coca-Cola, where he was instrumental in supporting business units and mergers and acquisitions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and human resources and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.

As Chief Sales Officer, Gregory Randall leads teams focused on driving revenue growth, business development and new business sales. Greg’s 20+ years of experience in software, SaaS and cybersecurity industries is beneficial as he seeks to solve the significant challenges communities and organizations face while planning, building and managing their facilities and infrastructure. Prior to joining Gordian, Greg served in various roles at IBM, Honeywell and Microsoft, successfully spearheading major transformational initiatives and driving significant growth in new markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Western Governor’s University – Washington.
