Construction Industry Leader Joins Board of Directors at The Gordian Group

Flemming is responsible for overall management and operations of Skanska USA Building’s organization, which has 3,000 employees in 27 U.S. offices. Based on the company’s core markets and expertise, he established Skanska’s Centers of Excellence in sports, healthcare, aviation, federal, mission critical and design-build markets. In addition, he sponsors Skanska’s National Green Council, which promotes environmentally responsible construction. His career with Skanska began in 1987.

Flemming also serves on the boards of Skanska USA Civil and United Way of New York City, as well as the advisory board of the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. In addition, he is also a member of the World Economic Forum, the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers and the New York Academy of Sciences.
