As President of Gordian, Bill Pollak leads the company as an industry mainstay. His responsibilities include improving top-line growth and increasing profit margins, making smart investment decisions on products and technologies and growing the team for long-term success. Before his time at Gordian, Bill spent 14 years as CEO of American Lawyer Media and 16 years as an executive at the New York Times. Bill attended Harvard where he earned a bachelor’s in economics and an MBA in management.
Vice President and General Manager, Higher Education
As Vice President and General Manager, Higher Education, Matthew Bausher manages the Higher Education Sales Team and is responsible for comprehensive strategic planning and the delivery of Gordian’s full suite of solutions for the industry. Matthew has over 15 years of experience helping institutions to strategically prioritize, maintain and resourcefully utilize their campus spaces. In a prior role with Gordian, Matthew led the Member Services team for eight years, during which time it tripled in size and revenue. Matthew helped bridge the gap between Sales and Operations, ensuring all services and solutions were delivered confidently. Matthew is a graduate of Dickinson College.
Dan Cook serves as Gordian’s Vice President and General Manager of the State and Local Government and K-12 education (SLED) industries. With over 20 years of Job Order Contracting experience and a deep understanding of how our solutions can benefit the SLED market, he guides his teams to provide and train on successful implementations. He’s overseen projects from Los Angeles to New York City and many places in between. Today, Dan oversees the SLED Sales and Procurement Operations teams. Dan holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland and sits on the board of Eyrus, a cloud-based data collection solution.
Tom DiGangi serves as Gordian’s Vice President of Government and Regulatory Affairs and is responsible for creating local, state and federal government strategy, affecting positive change in the legislative and regulatory environment and developing lasting relationships with government customers and policy influencers. Before joining Gordian, Tom was the Executive Director of the Associated General Contractors of New Jersey. Immediately prior, he served in various leadership positions at the New Jersey Schools Development Authority. His executive leadership and public policy experience spans over a quarter century and across the private, public and non-profit sectors. Tom earned his bachelor’s in management from Rutgers University and is a board member for the Rutgers Customer Experience Certificate Program and a Director of the Public Affairs Council.
As Vice President of Marketing and Retail Sales, Kathryn Hilton oversees Gordian’s marketing and customer experience teams in addition to managing go-to-market efforts for RSMeans data retail sales. Kathryn joined Gordian’s marketing department in 2015 and has served in a number of positions, most recently as Sr. Director of Product and Industry Marketing. Prior to Gordian, she served in leadership roles in both agency and client-side marketing teams for both B2B and B2C organizations. She has her bachelor’s in communications from Clemson University and her MBA from the University of Georgia.
Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategic Planning
As the Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning, John Lawler’s focus is positioning Gordian for long-term growth and profitability. John is responsible for identifying, developing, executing and integrating inorganic growth opportunities. He leads mergers, acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships, as well as Gordian’s annual strategic planning process. Before joining Gordian, John worked in corporate development, strategy and investment roles at technology and information businesses including Nuance Communications and Ascend Learning. John is a graduate of Wesleyan University and earned a Master of Science in accounting and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Vice President, General Counsel and General Manager, Healthcare
Ammon Lesher leads Gordian’s legal department and all efforts for the healthcare industry as the Vice President, General Counsel and General Manager, Healthcare. Ammon is responsible for negotiating and administering contracts in order to best serve Gordian and clients, as well as ensuring legal compliance across the board, from labor and employment to intellectual property licensing. In addition to his leadership of Gordian’s legal department, Ammon leads our healthcare experts towards innovative solutions for the complex problems facing healthcare facilities and the professionals who build and maintain them. Prior to joining Gordian, Ammon worked for several leading law firms in Greenville, South Carolina, managing both transactional and litigation matters for corporate clients. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s School of Law.
Kate Morgan serves Gordian as Chief Financial Officer. She leads the finance team with strategic vision and advises on long-term business and financial planning. Kate joined Gordian after serving as the Vice President of Finance at Veeder-Root where she managed all aspects of company finances, including international operations. Kate also held a variety of finance positions at Eaton and the UTC/Carrier Corporation. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and worked in public accounting at both PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. Kate is a graduate of Hartwick College, where she earned a bachelor’s in accounting and economics.
Renee Pecor serves Gordian as the Vice President of Human Resources. Since 2015, Renee has been responsible for overall strategy at Gordian to support high growth and implement the people infrastructure required for sustained business success. Prior to joining Gordian, Renee served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Balise Motor Sales and Senior Vice President of e-Dialog, a subsidiary of eBay. She is a graduate of Springfield College with a Master of Science in organization and management from Antioch University New England.
Chief Product Officer and General Manager, Federal Solutions
As Chief Product Officer and General Manager of Federal Solutions, Noam Reininger leads the development of Gordian’s technology and data solutions that solve the unique challenges facing construction and infrastructure. Noam also oversees Gordian’s offering to Federal clients with his acute understanding of how data and insight-driven solutions can transform government agencies and grow businesses. Prior to joining Gordian, Noam served as a Senior Vice President of Product at Dun & Bradstreet where he led a portfolio of data management solutions focused on the Fortune 500. He also served as Director of Dell’s Solution Centers and as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at SalesVu, a SaaS platform focused on small business operations. Noam graduated from the University of Wisconsin.
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Business Group
Serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Enterprise Business Group, Mark Schiff is responsible for the growth and delivery of solutions across the building lifecycle in Gordian’s enterprise markets. Mark’s leadership is focused on ensuring customer success for the thousands of clients who are tackling facilities challenges. Previously, Mark served as President of Sightlines, a Gordian company, and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of information services businesses, including Thomson Reuters and Wolters Kluwer. Mark holds a bachelor’s in public policy from Duke University and an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Alyssa Chapman serves as Gordian’s National Vice President of Sales. She has more than 20 years of experience in business development and sales leadership in enterprise technology and information services. Prior to joining Gordian, Alyssa served in various roles at IBM, Lexis-Nexis and Cisco Systems. She also won the President’s Volunteer Service Award for her work as an AmeriCorps Vista with Habitat for Humanity, where she led a local Women Build program. Alyssa graduated from Montclair State University.
Lisa Cooley serves Gordian as the Vice President of Federal Solutions. Lisa leads a team seeking to solve the significant challenges federal agencies face building and managing their facilities and infrastructure. Before Gordian, she founded and operated a women-owned general contracting firm focusing on public work, specifically federal projects. Lisa worked as Manager of Strategic Development at Centennial Contractors, one of the largest national Job Order Contractors, and spent time as an independent JOC consultant to the public-sector. She was also the National Program Manager at RSMeans (before being acquired by Gordian). Lisa graduated from the University of Oklahoma where she studied art and architectural history.
Scott Creekmore serves as Gordian’s Vice President of Sales for the Healthcare market. In his role, Scott and his team solve complex problems facing healthcare facilities and the professionals who build and maintain them. Prior to joining Gordian, Scott worked for more than 25 years in the construction market, serving private, government and healthcare sectors. He also led several large construction projects through various construction management firms. Scott has a Health Care Construction Certificate from the American Society for Health Care Engineering.
Ray Diwakar serves as Gordian’s Vice President of Innovation, leading efforts to drive differentiated solutions leveraging emerging technologies. Ray guides initiatives focusing on artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to solve business problems and generate new value for internal and external stakeholders. Ray has more than 20 years of experience designing and developing software in artificial intelligence/machine learning, big data, semantic data management and encryption. Before joining Gordian, Ray was the Director of Global Products at Dun & Bradstreet where he was responsible for product and market strategy and sales enablement. Ray earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Osmania University as well as a master’s in architecture from Washington State University.
Mike Hollingsworth serves Gordian as the Vice President of Software Development. His team is responsible for developing software solutions that serve project owners, contractors and other construction industry professionals. Additionally, he heads up the group responsible for Gordian’s internal IT systems and infrastructure. Mike has over 28 years of experience in the technology field leading development and IT teams across a number of industries including real estate, procurement and healthcare. Mike has a bachelor’s in computer science from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Colorado.
Vice President of Operations Sophia Jang serves the northeast United States markets. Sophia has been supporting and overseeing Job Order Contracting programs for clients in NYC and the surrounding area. Prior to Gordian, she was employed by the NYC Department of Environmental Protection as an assistant mechanical engineer for the Bureau of Water and Sewer Operations and engaged in various projects related to the city’s potable water distribution system. She has her bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
Ted Kail serves Gordian as the Vice President of Product Management. In this role he is responsible for determining the strategic direction of all products across the construction lifecycle. Over his many years with Gordian, Ted has taken on multiple roles in which he led product strategy and management. Previously serving at Sightlines, a Gordian company, Ted managed the product management group before leading the product strategy for RSMeans data. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science in business as well as an Executive MBA from Northeastern University.
Louis Patin is the Vice President of National Programs, overseeing Gordian’s procurement development and implementation team. His group works to get contracts off the ground and run them with precision and expertise, ensuring that clients renew their Job Order Contracting (JOC) contracts. Louis has spent more than 30 years in the construction industry, including owning his own successful business. Before joining Gordian, he managed a successful JOC program for Comet Electric in Los Angeles. Louis served in the United States Air Force and graduated from the University of Pheonix.
Dwayne Pierre-Antoine serves as Gordian’s Vice President of Operations for the central/south United States markets. In his previous role as Regional Director, he was responsible for the development and implementation of Job Order Contracting (JOC) programs and support of The Great Lakes Region clients. Dwayne’s team implements and educates current and potential clients on all aspects of JOC solutions. Dwayne holds a degree in political science from Bradley University and is the Executive Director for HEROH Foundation (Heroic Efforts Rising Over Humanity), a non-profit organization that provides academic support, leadership development, and athletic training to youth ages 13-18, ensuring students are college and career-ready.
Peter Reeves is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the member services department as Vice President of Member Services. His focus is on delivering Facilities Planning solutions across all of Gordian’s markets. Over the last 10 years, Peter has led consulting engagements with facilities and financial professionals within higher education and healthcare realms. In addition to working with clients directly, Peter has been responsible for managing regional teams providing consulting services. Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Franklin and Marshall College.
Vice President, Information Systems and Business Analytics
Santosh Sreenivasan serves Gordian as the Vice President of Information Systems and Business Analytics. In this role, Santosh is enabling Gordian’s various business functions to delight customers through world-class IT Operations, Cybersecurity, IT Systems, and Business Analytics. Santosh brings over two decades of senior IT and analytics leadership to Gordian. Prior to running his own analytics and data governance consultancy, Santosh was a corporate CIO at the Adizes Institute, CEO of Talentain, a Business Intelligence company, and site leader of Dell’s Enterprise Research and Development center in India. Santosh earned his bachelor’s in computer science from Loyola College and Master of Science in computer science from Lehigh University.
Vice President of Operations Dave Velarde serves the western United States markets. A veteran of Gordian, David has been involved in all aspects of Job Order Contracting (JOC) across the U.S. In his current role, he is responsible for delivering high-quality procurement and construction services to Gordian clients. Dave’s team implements and educates current and potential clients on aspects of JOC solutions. David holds a bachelor’s in engineering technology from Texas Tech University and sits on the Board of Directors for Youth with Faces, an organization helping young people in the juvenile justice system develop the skills to break the cycle of incarceration.
Pete Zuraw serves as the Vice President of Market Strategy and Development for Gordian. Pete leads his team to improve customer understanding and strengthen the connection between Gordian’s service offerings and the needs of its members. He also focuses on efforts to reinforce the company position as the voice of record for facilities issues in institutional market places. In previous roles, Pete gained facilities management and planning experience through guiding organizations serving higher education institutions, state agencies and faith communities over 27 years. Pete earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in architecture, both from Lehigh University.
Belinda McLeod is the Director of Business Systems Integration for Gordian. Belinda is responsible for championing the use of Fortive Business Systems (FBS), a set of best practices, tools and processes focused on continuous improvement, throughout the company. Prior to this role, Belinda was Director of Information Technology Operations at Gordian, overseeing IT infrastructure, cyber security initiatives and Service Desk. Prior to Gordian, Belinda held various IT and non-IT positions, several of which involved problem-solving and root cause analysis, critical skills for an FBS leader to possess. Belinda has a Bachelor of Science in computer mathematics and a Master’s degree in leadership from Franklin Pierce University.
