William L. Pollak

Chief Executive Officer

William Pollak joined Gordian as Chief Executive Officer in 2012, where he is responsible for the ongoing expansion of Job Order Contracting systems, as well as, the expansion into data publishing. Prior to Gordian, he was president and CEO of ALM Media for 14 years, a position he’d held since the company’s inception. He helped guide ALM from a print-only publishing house to a leading digital online hub for paid news, business information and workflow tools. Prior to ALM, he directed the New York Times circulation and advertising department for 16 years. Pollak is active on multiple boards, including MultiView, Inc., publisher of digital advertising directories for associations, and iCopyright, a provider of content monetization services to publishers and bloggers. He is a Harvard University graduate and also holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

James Cabral

General Manager, Small & Midsized Business

James Cabral is responsible for ensuring Gordian’s product offerings and go-to-market strategy aligns with the requirements of the SMB market. James brings nearly 20 years’ experience of proven success bringing innovative products and services to market in multiple industries, as a sales leader and executive in both early stage businesses and global companies. Prior to joining Gordian, James served as Chief Sales Officer for the Aberdeen Group and VP Sales and Service for Avention/OneSource Information services.

Daniel O. Cook

Director, Enterprise Accounts

Dan Cook joined Gordian in 1998 and is responsible for ensuring the success of our current customers by optimizing Gordian’s value with existing customers, as well as informing them of additional products and solutions available to complement their current solution set. Previously at Gordian, Dan was the Director of Operations for Gordian’s Southeast Region. Prior to joining Gordian, Dan was a Project Engineer for Construction Systems Group of McLean, Virginia. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Thomas J. DiGangi, Jr.

VP, Government & Regulatory Affairs

A 19-year veteran of legislative offices, public agencies and industry associations, Thomas DiGangi brings a broad range of experience to his role in creating local, state and federal government strategies. DiGangi’s primary role is establishing and developing relationships with organizations that affect the regulations and legislation impacting the construction procurement business. Stemming from his most recent role as Executive Director of Associated General Contractors of New Jersey, DiGangi’s solid background working with a range of public officials, as well as an extensive knowledge of the construction industry makes him a natural fit for the Gordian team. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.

Angie Gunter

VP, Marketing

Angie Gunter joined Gordian in 2015 as vice president of marketing where she is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategies across all product lines. Gunter brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to her position, with 15 years in high-growth software organizations. Previously she was with Infor where she spent ten years in various marketing positions, her most recent role as vice president of marketing and events. She is a graduate of Georgia State University.

Greg Hanson

Chief Product Officer

Greg Hanson leads new business and product development for Gordian and is responsible for expanding and enhancing the company’s portfolio of products and developing, launching, and managing new products. Prior to joining Gordian, he was COO of Tree.com where he managed RealEstate.com, a national real estate broker with $1B in sales, started and launched new verticals in home services, education, healthcare, and insurance, and managed overall product development for LendingTree.com. Prior to Tree.com, Hanson was CEO of Guildquality, a performance benchmarking SaaS platform for homebuilders. Hanson also served as Chairman and CEO of Bullhorn, the leading SaaS platform for staffing companies. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Middlebury College and a M.S. in Engineering and Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Roy E. Kemper

VP, Chief Financial Officer

Roy Kemper, a licensed Certified Public Accountant, joined Gordian in 2011 and runs the accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, and risk management functions. With extensive experience in both public and private accounting, Kemper is well versed in a wide range of accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and business activities in his position. Prior to joining Gordian, Kemper spent 10 years at BI-LO as both Senior Analyst and then Senior Manager of Financial Reporting. In that role, he was responsible for all internal and external reporting as well as all facets of general accountings. Kemper also spent four years as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche.

Ammon T. Lesher

VP, Legal Affairs

Ammon Lesher joined Gordian as Corporate Counsel in 2013. His oversees the preparation of responses to requests for proposals, the preparation and negotiation of client contracts, maintains the company’s registrations and authorizations, and provides guidance on various legal issues. Lesher has extensive experience handling corporate matters involving contracts, sales, intellectual property, employment issues and regulatory compliance, which he uses to minimize the company’s exposure and protect its most valuable assets. Prior to joining Gordian, Lesher worked for several leading law firms in Greenville, South Carolina, managing both transactional and litigation matters for corporate clients. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from the College of Charleston and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

John Liu

VP, Development

John Liu joined Gordian in 2016 and is responsible for overseeing software development and database practices for all of Gordian’s applications. In this role, he stewards the planning, execution and delivery of each product used by customers and Gordian’s employees alike.  Prior to joining Gordian, John held various management and leadership positions at Aplicor, Oracle, Taleo and Learn.com, where he successfully led globally distributed, high performing development teams. He is a proud graduate of Florida State University.

Renee Pecor

VP, Human Resources

Renee Pecor joined Gordian in 2015 and heads the Human Resources department. She is responsible for the overall people and staffing strategy to support high growth and implement the people infrastructure required for sustained business success. Prior to joining Gordian, Pecor served as the vice president of Human Resources for Balise Motor Sales and senior vice president of e-Dialog, a subsidiary of eBay. She is a graduate of Springfield College with an M.S. in Organization and Management from Antioch University New England.

Noam Reininger

VP, Chief Data Officer

Noam Reininger leads the development of comprehensive data and analytics solutions that solve the unique challenges faced in the construction industry today. Noam’s expertise includes a keen understanding of how data and insight driven solutions can transform and grow businesses. Prior to joining Gordian, Noam served as a Senior Vice President of Product at Dun & Bradstreet where he led a portfolio of data management solutions focused on the Fortune 500. Noam also served as Director of Dell’s Solution Centers and as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at SalesVu, a SaaS platform focused on small business operations. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mark Schiff

President, Sightlines

As president of Sightlines, a Gordian company, Mark Schiff is responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall strategic vision of the company. Schiff joined Sightlines in 2013, with more than 15 years of leadership experience across a variety of businesses in the software and information services industries. Prior to joining Sightlines, he served as President of Hubbard One, a subsidiary of Thomson Reuters, and before that was Vice President of Product Marketing for Thomas Reuters’ Legal Division. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University and an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Scott M. Smith

VP, General Manager, Enterprise Business

Scott Smith is responsible for Gordian's Enterprise Business Group. Smith has nearly 20 years of industry experience with enterprise software and information services companies in sales leadership and executive management positions, including serving as the president and general manager of a multinational firm delivering business information services. Prior to joining the industry, Smith was on active duty service with the United States Navy. He is a combat-decorated Naval Aviator. Smith holds Bachelor degrees in Economics and English from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
