Successful First Year With The Gordian Group Prompts RSMeans’ Move To Larger Offices

Greenville, S.C.- The Gordian Group, a leading provider of construction cost analytics and estimating information, pricing data and procurement solutions, announced plans today to move the expanded staff of RSMeans into new facilities in Rockland, Mass.

Since joining The Gordian Group one year ago, RSMeans’ staff has grown 20% and enhancements have been made to its products, and the data and technology behind its online solutions. Efforts to attract and retain talented professionals allow the industry leading brand to deliver best-in-class construction cost data and solutions.

“The new RSMeans office is just one of the many long-term investments we are making in the business. Within the first 12 months of bringing RSMeans into the Gordian organization, we have increased product research and development personnel by 80% and grown sales, marketing and customer support teams in excess of 85%,” said William Pollak, CEO of The Gordian Group.

The new building for RSMeans in the Boston suburb is larger at 14,322 square ft. and features an open design. Its former offices were located in Norwell, Mass.
