Sandy Sheahan, Associate Director of Operations at Colorado State University, will discuss how implementing comprehensive data strategies allowed CSU to enter a new era of facilities and operations management. Armed with data to support decision making, CSU has greater visibility into their facilities and operational needs and constraints. They were also able to optimize their limited capital resources to gain greater support from university management.
