Please read this policy before using or submitting information to Gordian, Inc. and its affiliates, R.S. Means Company LLC and Sightlines, LLC (collectively “Gordian” or “we”), or any Gordian online resources. By using our websites or submitting any information to Gordian through such websites, you are agreeing to the terms of this policy, and any information you submit to Gordian through a website or online resource will be collected, processed, used and disclosed in accordance with these terms.
This Privacy Policy applies to all Gordian websites and online resources that line to our websites. This Policy explains what information we collect about users, how we collect that information, what we use the information for, who we disclose information to, and how users can limit the uses we make of Personally Identifiable Information.

Personally Identifiable Information. Gordian collects this information to evaluate usage and improve the websites and online resources. Examples of information collected include the Internet Protocol Address assigned to your computer by your internet service provider.

Cookies. Gordian’s websites may use tracking technology called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer’s hard drive. Cookies are used to maintain session state and help identify your personal preferences within our online services. We do not use cookies to collect Personally Identifiable Information. If Gordian is merged into another entity, the information we possess may be transferred to a third party as part of that transaction. Your continued use of Gordian’s websites and online resources will signify your agreement to be bound by the privacy policy and other applicable terms of the subsequent owner

Changes. Gordian reserves the right to update this Policy at our discretion at any time. When changes are made, Gordian will post the updated policy and the date of its revision.

Effective Dates/Amendments. This Policy, originally in effect as of June 13, 2008, was last amended on May 24, 2016. When you visit any Gordian website or online resource you are accepting the current version of this Policy as posted at that time.
